We DO love our baby dolls!!!

Oh my...I have done it again...I took 1 thousand pictures but this was a special day in our house! We received Cam's customized baby doll this past weekend in whom I adore. Dustin thinks that I might love it more than Camdyn loves it and I think I do as of right now. We always joked that Camdyn is such a gentle baby girl but when it came to her baby dolls, you would hand her one and she wouldn't even give it the time of day. Well not this lucky baby doll..she loves her! She was a pricey little thing so we try to keep her at home and Camdyn's little face lights up when I tell her that she is going to see her baby doll. It's like a sweet reunion every time they see each other :)
As you will see on her tummy, I had a special scripture put on her for her baby dedication. I think it is perfect for her as she grows up. Camdyn Reece is indeed "fearfully and wonderfully made." Here are our numerous photos of her special doll...

Her and Boz eagerly waiting for mommy to open our new package!

Love at first sight!

They were meeting one another and Cam loves picking at her eyes...

Here she is!! Isn't she adorable?!

My most favorite part...

Here she grabbed her by her pig tails and walked out of her room...

To play together in Bozley's bed!

We went out that night to dinner and Camdyn took a photo shoot with her baby

"Gosh mom, this is too overwhelming for me!"

"Fake/try my hardest to smile" :)

and here is the beautiful one!

Here is Camdyn the following morning playing with her baby.
Today Sherry sent me some pictures of Camdyn and Barrett that I just adored! They were super cute. The first one is of Barrett and Camdyn in front of the window...notice the hands! Them being together every day is such a great thing. They are going to be able to grow up together just like brother and sister. Camdyn will also learn what it's like to be around a boy in case mommy and daddy ever have one!
And the final one is of Camdyn and the special visitors that came to see her! We were hoping for the Easter bunny but it ended up being some ole ducks but that's okay! Sherry brought Cam outside to give them some bread. I can imagine what she was thinking..."hmmm, they don't exactly look like a Bozley...what are those feathery things?!"

Summer in February???

Okay, I for real felt as if it were Summer today! It was just perfect! I picked my baby girl up and we did the usual on a beautiful day like this and ran to the park on our way home. She has gotten used to our park now that when she sees the swings she starts kicking those legs while I'm holding her and smiling. She seems so relaxed when she is in that swing and she gets so much attention too and she eats that up! Today when we were swinging she would look up at me and show me those two pearly white teeth. :) I had her blanket in the swing so that she wouldn't try to lick it and she layed her head down on the blanket while she was swinging and closed her eyes and almost fell asleep. Sweet baby girl...It didn't end there...we then continued to take more advantage of the great weather that God gave us today and we went and played in the front yard. I got my camera out for this one :)

Look at her hair coming over her ears!!

Tomorrow we are going on a girl's night to eat Thai with Melissa and Macey...I am already getting excited just thinking about it! TGI ALMOST F!!!

10 months today

Awww, it says 10 months exact on my baby ticker at the top of my blog today. That means in only 2 months my baby girl will be 1 year. I cannot believe how fast she is growing up and I know that each year will come quicker than the last. I think daily about how amazing our life is now with this one little child in it. I cherish so many of the little things now and worry less about the things that don't matter. As small as staring at her little hands while she sleeps in my arms to the huge milestones as watching her take her first steps...I soak every bit of it up that I can. Not one day goes by that I don't thank God for this god-sent child that he has given to us. I have so many friends pregnant and seeing their sonograms and hearing their stories and fears always brings back memories of when Cam was in my stomach.

Today we were talking in class about our skeletal system and I usually always relate something back to my Camdyn and I explained to the class how we saw our Camdyn Reece for the first time and she was no bigger than a sesame seed (they all giggled about this). I told them how she did not have any muscles or bones but that she had a flickering heart beat that lit up her whole little body...seed :) and that that was when we knew that she was our baby. They loved hearing that story and they were amazed that she was so tiny. As our conversation went on we started talking more about bones and one of my "tells it like it is" little girls said with a smile "Mrs. Toth...You can't really feel Camdyn's bones in her legs because she has the mushy stuff around it" and I started laughing and said..."you mean fat?" and she said "no not fat" but I know what she was trying to imply! Gotta love those 2nd graders!

Here are some super things that Cam is doing these days that I am loving!

*My most favorite thing is putting her to sleep at night. When she is done with her bottle she sits up (with her eyes still closed) and throws her leg over me and straddles me and lays her head on my chest to finish going to sleep. This is the BEST thing ever! I was thinking the other night that I hope she continues this forever!

I Love.....

*Her smile and how she reacts to new people by putting her head down to her chest with her eyes still looking up at them.

*How she plays her "made up games" such as sneak up on mommy around the kitchen island and make noises until I turn around and Bozley is going to get you!

*Her big green eyes and her perfect little lips

*Her personality...it amazes me!

*The smell of her face when she is sleeping in my arms

*How she knows that I need to clean up the kitchen :) and she will watch her Baby Einstein until I am finished

*How she has yet to cry when I have dropped her off at Sherry's or when I have picked her up!!! I promise not once has she cried!!! Thanks Sherry!!!

*How she will walk to me and hug my leg

*How gentle she is with everything and everyone

*How excited she gets when she sees a child or a baby
*That she is practically already running now!!

Okay, I need to stop now....I could keep going on and on. These are more of memories about her to keep :)

I can't post a blog without some pictures so here are a few that I got of her before Dustin's game. I had to bundle her all up so she looks like a little marshmallow but she is a cute marshmallow! The bow was put on very quickly since we were scurrying to gather everything to head out so excuse the bow that is on the side of her head.

Check out the jeans!
The next couple of pictures are of Camydyn's first "BAD HAIR DAY"! I had washed her hair the night before and didn't get a chance to comb it down and then this is what she looked like when she woke up. :) It looked much messier in person. I'm so glad that we actually have some hair now that can get messed up!! Woo hoo Cam! 2 full teeth (1 more trying to come out) and hair now...can't get much better than that!

Happy "Almost" 30th Birthday Melissa!

We threw Melissa a surprise party for her 30th birthday today!! Mom and Dad had it all ready at her house and it was fun getting it together and having to make up many stories for Melissa to think we were going somewhere else! Melissa will actually be 30 on the 4th but we had to do it a little early because of conflicting schedules. I can't believe I did not actually get a picture of Melissa by herself so here is one of the pretty birthday girl!

We had a great time spending the day with our family. Camdyn and Macey are enjoying one another so much more now!! I don't think I have mentioned this but Camdyn for some reason tries so hard to kiss everything now. I think I have mentioned how she will lean over and kiss Bozley ...well now her lips are mainly attracted to babies! She kissed Ella at the Valentines party :) and now I got her in action kissing her Macey. I tried to get her to not keep doing it (germs!) but she kept insisting on stealing a kiss from her cousin. She finally planted a huge one (tongue and all) on Macey's lips...didn't get that one on camera because I was in the process of pulling her off of her!

Here she is talking to herself in her mirror. She would not stop chatting with herself so I could get the front of her face.
"Hey Macey, I'm liking your new doll...can I give you a kissy?"

"I'm coming to get one from you!!"

"If I put my hand on your shoulder and on your buggy can I get a kissy?"

"Your bow is in the way!"

"Awww...thank you Macey for letting me show you how much I love you!!"

Note: And then I intervened!!!

Mom and Dad added a part to their backyard (a huge part) that has a swingset and a garden and it really is a neat area for the babies to play and run around together when they get older. It reminds me of a little "secret hide-away"! Since it was a beautiful day today, Dustin snuck Cam out to go and swing down in the play yard. When I went down there with my camera I took some pictures of her swinging. This swing is different from the one that we have at the park because her toes nearly touch the ground (don't forget she is off the chart for her height!). I didn't realize that I took so many pictures until I was loading them so I made a smile box out of it.

For all of you who don't know about this, a friend at work told me about blurb.com...this made my day...it is a website that you can upload your blog to and create a book out of it! I was not looking forward to having to print out each post so this makes it even easier on me. The whole point of this blog is so that my baby girl can look back on all of the memories that I have helped create in her life and this makes it even more special being placed into a book. I am planning on working on this during Spring Break or most likely Summer :) and I'm thinking about doing a book for each year. Thanks Debbie for the site!

Now I feel pressured to create more than 2 posts a week!!

I dropped my poor meatball when somebody...

Sneezed! Not really... :) but we (even Camdyn) sure ate some Italian food the other night!

This was Camdyns first time to have (Gerber) Pasgetti ;) and meatballs. I decided that she might want to be like her mommy and daddy since Italian food was on the menu for that night. I came home and cooked Dustin's favorite (baked ravioli)...he always says he wants this if I ask him what he wants for dinner during the week! Look how yummy it turned out! The recipe is easy if you would like it! :)

So I gave missy some spaghetti to try for dinner. I knew if I put some strawberries on her plate that it might look a little more appealing....hmmm....nope, that didn't do the trick.
This is how she felt about her delicious pasghetti.
Don't ask me how I got this beautiful face on camera but I managed to! Poor baby did not like her spaghetti one bit! I then had to sneak a few bites in mixed with some sweet potatoes (you know you have done that!!). She is going to turn into a sweet potato I tell you!
The next picture is of Camdyn Reece figuring out that she can suck her toes! Limber little thing hugh?! I have many pictures of me doing the same thing and we thought it was funny that she enjoys her delicious toes too. They do look like little sausages so that might be the reason why. I didn't feel like cropping this picture so you get to see me in my little granny robe!
Yesterday we enjoyed a night out for Melissa's birthday at Edohona...what other place would we go then to a hibachi place right?? Remember, Melissa and I are pretty much obsessed with this kind of food. It was so much fun and Camdyn loved staring at all of the cooks clanging around their cooking utensils.
I also got a trim yesterday at a precious little hair place in Rockwall...these weeds needed to be cut badly!!
We are looking forward to a family night tonight and Camdyn and I are going to do a little shopping today! Cam's waking up...gotta go! Have a great weekend!

Baseball season has arrived!

As of a couple of weeks ago...baseball has become one of the top priorities in our family! Camdyn will soon come to understand what it is like to be the child of a baseball coach. Dustin's mom came upon these pictures of our family at her first baseball game (fall ball) a couple of months ago. We have a player's dad that enjoys taking pictures of Camdyn Reece. It was exciting to actually have daddy sitting next to us in the stands! These pictures make me laugh! She looked sooooo excited to be there...I don't look too excited myself either but I will as soon as we go to the real deal games!

We also found some pictures of Camdyn at the pre-season banquet/my birthday. I got some great pictures of her too that I am posting below. I have gotten 2 of her first baseball shirts made and I got one in yesterday...it is too cute! We pretty much duplicated it to match all of the coaches wives, girlfriends and the players moms...I'm excited! I'll have to post that as soon as she wears it.
At least Dustin looks engaged...Check out the yawn!

Now I am at least smiling and Camdyn is still yawning...
Finally...a good one!

Camdyn Reece was showing off her skills for everyone ALLLL night long.
Miss America walking down the runway!
